He is survived by: his wife Mary Jane Opdyke Black; his children, Brian Black (Michelle) of Arkansas, Elvis Black (Shanna) of Moncks Corner, Burley Black, III (Rochelle) of Walterboro, Glen Black of Columbia, Darla Griffiths (Kent) of California, Lorinda Wright (Gary) of Georgia, Tamara Black of Summerville, Elayna Black of Summerville, Anitra Cottrell of Utah and Cheryl Black of Lancaster; and his brother Frankie Black (Dixie) of Lexington. He is also survived by thirty grandchildren and twenty-six great grandchildren.
