She is survived by: her husband Donald R. Cook Sr. (Don); her son Donald R. Cook Jr. (Ray); her granddaughter Ella Grace; her daughter Susan Carolina Shaw (Carrie); her grandchildren, Luke and Lelia; and her brother Jones Holbrook Williams III (Gwen).
In lieu of flowers the family has requested donations to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
