He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Carl Rudolph Rowe and Marion May Jackson Rowe; his wife Valerie D. Rowe; his children, Christopher Rowe, Dale Rowe, Blake Rowe, Jason Howard, Carla Rowe, Patricia Breeze (Christopher), Anita Wray, Andrea Moran (Shane) and Amanda Moran (Matt Douglas); his siblings, Chuck Rowe (Victoria Rowe) and Carolyn Marie Briggs (Neil); and his nieces and nephews, Jamie Rowe (Kelly), Alex Rowe, Oliver Rowe, Natasha Briggs and Catherine Rowe. He was also cherished by twelve grandchildren; three great- grandchildren.
