With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sandy Rushton (Walterboro, South Carolina), who passed away on May 18, 2018 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parent Grant James Hoyer; and her brother Robert Hoyer. She is survived by: her parent Virginia Stortz Hoyer; her children, Angie Taylor (Ben) of China Grove and Shane Rushton (Wendy) of Jacksonboro; her grandchildren, Amy Taylor, Emory Taylor, Ainsley Rushton and Drew Rushton; her brother Glen Hoyer (Melissa) of Bristow; her siblings-in-law, Gene Grimaund of Beech Island, Jan Bertaux of Sebring and Martha Snipes of Aiken; and her friend Georgia Ann Williams of Walterboro.
She was preceded in death by a brother, Robert Hoyer; and a sister, Mary Grimaund In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made to: The Shriner's Hospital or to Camp Woody.
