She was predeceased by: her parents, Dan O'Quinn and Mary Ellen Smoak O'Quinn. She is survived by: her husband Ray H. Ulmer; her children, Wendy DeWitt (Timothy), Jenny Horton (Frank) and Joshua Ulmer (Nicole); her grandchildren, Hailey DeWitt, Justus DeWitt, Harmoni DeWitt, Josh "Ethan" Ulmer, Cody Ulmer, Charlie Rae Ulmer, Sydney Widrick, Rhiannon W. Smith and Jesse Horton; and her brothers, Jerry O'Quinn and Dan O'Quinn.
