She was predeceased by: her husband Patrick Luther Laughlin; her parents, Shirley Batron and Thelma Gower Batron; and her brothers, John and Lewis Batron.
She is survived by: her daughter Kimberly "Kim" Adkins (Thomas) of Walterboro; her grandchildren, Joshua (Melissa), Benjamin and Samantha; and her sister Janice Laughlin (Michael) of Maine.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, April 25th 2025 at 7:00 AM and at 7:00 PM. A graveside service will be held on Friday, May 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Beaufort National Cemetery (1601 Boundary St, Beaufort, SC 29902).
