It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rudy Carter (Walterboro, South Carolina), born in Dorchester, South Carolina, who passed away on February 11, 2020, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Ethridge Carter and Annie Ree Bailey Carter. He is survived by: his wife Emily Wolfe Carter; his children, Rose Carter Hiers (Glen) of Walterboro, Terry Carter (Janice) of Walterboro and Peggy Carter Beach (Anthony) of Ruffin; and his brother Aubrey Carter (Lola) of Summerville. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; and eight great grandchildren.
