He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Ritter and Inez Myrtle Thomas Ritter; his stepdaughter Shelia Morris Dodd; his stepgrandchildren, William Dodd, John Charles Morris and Stephanie Ruth Galloway; and his stepgreat-grandchild Jonathan Raymond.
He is survived by: his spouse Juanita Stone Ritter; his children, Jamie Lewis Ritter (Kellie) of Ritter and Amy Elizabeth Shaw of Walterboro; his stepchildren, Tommy Morris of Virginia, Randy Morris of Walterboro, Jeffery Morris of Walterboro and Sandra Galloway Swett of Pickens; his sister Beth Anne Ritter Boineau (William C.) of Ritter; his grandchildren, Thomas Morris, Katelin McMillan, Minyon Ritter, Jordan Shawn and Randy Hoyt Morris, Jr; and his great grandchild Adrian Cook. He is also survived by numerous other great grandchildren; and beloved host of cousins and extended family.
