He is survived by: his children, Tamaira Lynn Cordell (Jesse) of Walterboro, Ralph Palmer (Sharon) of Virginia Beach and Richard Allen Palmer of Port Richie, Florida; his brother Alvin Palmer; and his grandchildren, Melissa Castillo, Melanie Palmer, Justin Palmer, Jeffrey Palmer, Kelly Becker and Arnie Clewel.
