He was predeceased by: his father Thaddeus Cornelius Ferrette; his wife Dorothy Brooks Ferrette; and his mother Margaret Virginia Ferrette. He is survived by: his daughters, Patricia Ferrette Sherrill of Walterboro and Priscilla Virginia Ferrette of Orangeburg; his grandchildren, Ashley P. Finklin (Courtney), April P. Stephens (Shelly), Amber N. Ferrette Griffin, Anthony L. Sherrill, Jr. (Merecedes) and Brittney Washington; his brother-in-law Willie S. Brooks; and his cousins, James Ferrette (Carol), Jerome Ferrette (Daisey) and Bernard Ferrette (Anne). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
Viewing was held on Friday, April 18th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Stephens Funeral Home (1767 Jefferies Hwy, Walterboro, SC 29488). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, April 19th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
