He is survived by: his significant other Ellen C. Smith; his sister Emily Armstrong; his sister-in-law Yvonne Armstrong; and his children, Frankie Herbert (Crystal), Junior Armstrong (Lee), Rodney Armstrong (Vivian), Roberta Armstrong, Rose Kitt (Marcell) and Regina Chase. He is also survived by grandchildren; five (5) great-grands; and a host of relatives and friends.
