With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard Lee Carter Sr. (Walterboro, South Carolina), who passed away on May 16, 2019 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, J. M. Carter and Thelma Ritter Carter. He is survived by: his children, Richard Lee Carter Jr. (Nancy), Bonnie Carter Steedly (John David), Lynn Carter Stroble (Ricky) and Michael Carter (Cindy); and his sister Mary Alice Carter Chant.
