She was predeceased by: her parents, William J. Hamilton and Essie Mae Hamilton; her husband James Wilbur Millen, Sr.; her daughter Jamie Wilbrena Millen; and her siblings, Diane Scott, Michael Youngblood, Levi Youngblood and Dennis Scott.
She is survived by: her children, Suzette DeRenne Delaney (Franklin) of Walterboro, Julius Millen, James Wilbur Millen, Jr. of Dublin and Shawn Lee Millen of Walterboro; her siblings, Betty Ford (Fred) of Cottageville, Denise Pinkney (Paul) of Augusta, Julia Robinson (Fred Jr.) of Augusta, Georgia, David Warren (Linda) of Charlotte and Melvin Johnson (Diane) of Charleston; her sisters-in-law, Lula Smalls of Walterboro and Clara Mae Cochran of Cottageville; and her close friends, Mary Jordon and Johnny Simmons. She is also survived by seven grand children; nine great-grand children.
A public viewing will be held Sunday, November 29, 2020 at Stephens-Maree-Tracy Funeral Home Chapel of Serenity from 4:00 p. m. - 7:00 p. m. (THOSE ATTENDING GRAVESIDE SERVICE ARE REQUIRED TO WEAR A FACIAL MASK, AND SOCIAL DISTANCING WILL BE ENFORCED.) Reba attended the public schools of Colleton County and graduated with the class of 1968 from Colleton High School, Walterboro, South Carolina.
