It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Raymond Craven of Walterboro, South Carolina, who passed away on August 5, 2021, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Esdorn Craven and Annie Lou Carson Craven; and his siblings, Robert Craven, Gladys Walker and Beatrice Easterlin.

He is survived by: his wife Irene Leal Craven; his children, Angela Murdaugh (Robbie), Raymond "Andy" Craven (Lisa) and Alison Stanfield (Allen); his grandchildren, Brandi Johnson (Victor), Tyler Crosby (Brittany), Chandler Crosby (Taylor), Dalton Craven, Julia Craven, Taylor Strickland, Brad Strickland, Emery Stanfield and Hollis Stanfield; his great grandchildren, Michael Johnson, Landen Johnson, Asher Johnson, Alaina Johnson, Emma Crosby, Blake Crosby and Graycen Crosby; his siblings, Joe Ben Craven (JoAnn), Gloria Langdale and Rusty Craven (Paula); his friend Brenda Steele; his brother-in-law George Walker; his friend Tommy Dandridge; and also, Eric Steele, James Baker, Sherry and Raymond. He is also survived by many loving in-laws, nieces and nephews.
