He is survived by: his children, Tiwana Howell (Gary), Randall Neal "Gator" Sineath and Jack Alex Sineath; and his grandchildren, Gary Howell II, Kayla Wimberly, Hunter Neal Sineath, Chole Marie Sineath and Shannon Lexis Thornley.
