The memory of Nicolina Salerno of Walterboro, South Carolina, who passed away on February 6, 2025 at the age of 86, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. Though Nicolina may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Nicolina touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Marco Salerno and Vincenza Cafaro Salerno. She is survived by: her spouse Miltiadis Stamatopoulas; and her stepson Dimitrio Stamatopoulos.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Saint Anthony Catholic Church (925 S Jefferies Blvd, Walterboro, SC 29488).
