He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Charles Witsell and Pauline Williams Witsell; his siblings, Charles Witsell and Connie Simmons; his daughters, Donna Witsell James and Debbie Witsell Brown (Jim); his grandchildren, Samantha Allen (David), Meghan Rowe (Joe), Kyle James and Ally Brown; his great grandchildren, Ella Rowe, Hayes Rowe, Wade Allen and Ellery Allen; and his son-in-law Keith James.
