She was predeceased by: her husband Ronald Wayne Bridge, Sr.; her parents, Reverend Howell Lucas Martin and Gladys Strickland Martin; and her siblings, Wydette Ackerman, Myrna Mixson and Andrew Martin.
She is survived by: her children, Joyce Bridge Smoak (Scott) of Walterboro, Ronald Wayne Bridge, Jr. (April) of Walterboro and Kenneth Earl Bridge (Stephanie) of Walterboro; and her siblings, John Martin of Walterboro, Howell Martin of Virginia and Beth Shaw of Goose Creek. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; six great grandchildren; and two great great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Brice W. Herndon and Sons Funeral Homes and Crematory, Walterboro Chapel (1193 Bells Hwy, Walterboro, SC 29488). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
