She was predeceased by: her spouse Sergeant Benjamin Franklin Litchfield, Sr.; her parents, Homer Franklin Gentry, Sr. and Hazel Guilford Gentry; her sons, Benjamin F. Litchfield and Thomas Andrew Litchfield; and her brothers, Paul Gentry and Frank "Busby" Gentry.
She is survived by: her sons, Timothy L. Litchfield (Rebecca) of Walterboro, Edwin W. Litchfield (Dianne) of Walterboro and Daniel B. Litchfield (Lynne) of Brunson; and her brother George Gentry of Edisto Island. She is also survived by 3 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; and 1 great great grandchild.
