"Tony" Smoak (Annie), Joyce Smoak Rohde (Richard), Thomas Brian Smoak (Leigh) and John David Smoak (Jan). She is also survived by twelve grandchildren, twenty-one great-grandchildren, and six great-great-grandchildren.
