She was predeceased by: her parents, Jacob E. Carter and Ottie Bunton Carter; and her siblings, Everett O. Carter, Walter Marion Carter, Jake Carter Jr., Ernestine Ayer Strickland and Maude Goodwin.
She is survived by: her spouse Holland Williams; her children, Dennis Williams and Ginger Garner; her grandsons, Scott Beasley (Nikki), Stephen Jeffrey (Cynthia) and Matthew Garner; and her great grandchildren, Corban Jeffrey, Olivia Jeffrey, Christian Beasley and Addision Beasley.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to Bethel United Methodist Church, 355 Hampton Street, Walterboro, South Carolina 29488.
