She was predeceased by: her spouse Terven "Poppy" Amerson; her parents, Lonzie Scarboro and Madie Henry Scarboro; her sister Adele Chalker; and her brothers-in-law, Dess Chalker, Randolph Jones, Kenneth Jones and Alvin Jackson.
She is survived by: her children, Jana, Perry Ramsey, Marnie, Jeff Dekle, Marc and Hillary Amerson; her grandchildren, Ashley Ramsey (Andrew), Marcus Ramsey, Marley Dekle, Seth Dekle, Jack Burchfield and Natalie Burchfield; and her sisters, Margie Scarboro Jones, Jean Scarboro Jones and Carol Scarboro Jackson. She is also survived by Nan loved her grandchildren and grand dogs.
