She was loved and cherished by many people including: her former husband Harry Clifton Wannamaker, III; her parents, Bessie Melchers and Russell Estes Smith; her husband Wallace Thompson Austelle, Jr.; her children, Dr. Wallace Thompson Austelle (Mim), Cynthia A. Hundley (Walter) and Toni A. Rhett (Cheshire); and her stepchildren, Mary E. Wannamaker Zeigler, Greer Wannamaker Jepsen and Caroline Wannamaker Sink (Bob). She was also cherished by grandchildren, and eight step – great grandchildren.
