She was predeceased by: her husband Delmer Ray Rowe Sr.; her parents, George Reeves Youmans and Irma Elizabeth Youmans; and her son Delmer Ray Rowe Jr.. She is survived by: her daughter Diane Rhoades (Michael) of Waxhaw, NC. She is also survived by three grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends prior to the service, and memorials may be made in her memory to the Cottageville United Methodist Church.
