She was predeceased by: her husband Ryland Ashur Patz; her parents, Robert Jewels Escoffier and Ruby Nette Gibson Escoffier; and her brother Robert J. Escoffier. She is survived by: her children, Ralph E. Massenburg, III (Carol Cannon) of Meggett and Renee M. White (Eddie Bessinger) of Walterboro; her grandchildren, Joseph White (Haley Felder) of Walterboro, Amelia White of Walterboro, Justin Massenburg of Parkers Ferry and Austin Massenburg (Anna) of Meggett; her great grandchildren, Fin Massenburg and Makenize Massenburg; and her sister Mary E. Hicks.
