She was predeceased by: her husband Coy Lee Prince, Jr.; her parents, Adam Lawrence Nettles and Gracie Elise Linder Nettles; her sons, Clifton Lee Prince and Coy Lee Prince, III; and her brothers, Daniel and Larry Nettles.

She is survived by: her son Lawrence Edward Prince of Walterboro; and her siblings, Allen Nettles, T. L. Nettles, Terry Nettles, Scott Nettles, Jeff Nettles and Gail Nix. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
