He was predeceased by: his parents, Catherine Susan Heape O'Quinn and Hal Monroe O'Quinn; and his siblings, Mack O'Quinn and Francis O'Quinn. He is survived by: his wife Rodgernell Cattels O'Quinn; his children, Julie James (Tommy), Michael O'Quinn (Haley), Brian O'Quinn (Michelle) and Sheri Steen (Ron); and his sisters, Shirley Lee (Guy) and Paula Kolasz (Ed). He is also survived by his 11 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
