We are sad to announce that on August 29, 2023, at the age of 84, Johnny E. Ritter of Walterboro, South Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Linda Pearce Ritter; his parents, Johnny Howard Ritter and Annie Ramsey Ritter; and his siblings, Alton Ritter and Kathryn Ritter Fennell.
He is survived by: his sister Brenda Ritter McCants (Jim) of Walterboro; his siblings-in-law, G. H. "Deaka" Fennell of Walterboro and Brenda Ritter McMillan (H. M.) of Walterboro; his nieces and nephews, Monique Fennell Dawson (Patrick), Todd Fennell (Natalie), Carole McCants Hendrix, Jimmy McCants (Jennifer), David Ritter (Andrea) and Randy Ritter; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Preston Dawson (Emily), Parker Dawson, Sophie and Fiona Ritter; his nieces and nephews, Drake Hendrix, Claire Hendrix, Mickey Fennell, McKenzie Fennell, Sydney Fennell, Harper McCants and Riley McCants; his children, Lindsay Logan (Brian) and Tanner Ackerman (Elizabeth); his sister Cathy Tisdale (Jimmy) of Manning; and also, Bob Pearce (Barbara) of Jacksonboro and Michael Pearce (Sabrina) of Walterboro.
