He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Kathy Phelps-Stieglitz; his parents, John Thomas Stieglitz, Sr. and Alma Jones Stieglitz; his child John Thomas "Johnny" Stieglitz, III; his wife Robin J. of Walterboro; his sister Mary Stieglitz Solomon of Charleston; his grandchildren, Seslie Marie Stieglitz, Madison Caitlin Stieglitz, Jase O'Niel Stieglitz, Megan Katherine Stieglitz-Martin, Kayliegh Brooke Stieglitz, Jacob Thomas Stieglitz and Jameson Kay Stieglitz; and also, Tammy Lynette Stieglitz of Goose Creek, Jason Frederick Stieglitz (Elizabeth), Summerville Stieglitz and Jarrett Audie Phelps Stieglitz (Lindsay).
