She was predeceased by: her husband Victor Kenneth Williams; and her parents, John Edward Kinsey and Olissa Rhode Kinsey. She is survived by: her sister Sarah Smoak; and her caregivers, Shirley Salley, Kathy Frasier, Edna Buckner, Cherrie VanDyke and Mary Middleton.
A graveside service was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Kinsey Cemetery in Round O. Parker-Rhoden Funeral Home (117 Paul St, Walterboro, SC 29488).
