With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jessie Breland Miller of Walterboro, South Carolina, who passed away on February 25, 2022 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Presley Breland and Nellie Pellum Breland; her brother Louis Breland (Rosie); and her brother-in-law Thomas Tumbleston. She is survived by: her husband Terry Don Miller; her children, Andrew C. Spell, Jr. (Erica), Sherri Miller Newberry (Mike) and Terri Miller Stefanou (Alex); and her sisters, Betty Breland Wiggins (Alford) and Essie Breland Tumbleston. She is also survived by four grandchildren; and one great grandchild.
