She was predeceased by: her parents, Manley Jim Stanley and Mattie Idell Sheppard. She is survived by: her daughters, Connie J. Georges (Jimmy) of Atlanta, Georgia and Frieda Breland of Walterboro; her sisters, Frances Pendarvis and Altha Lake; her grandchildren, Stephanie Pyle (Jason), Sidney Allen-Michael King and Erik Georges; her great grandchildren, Savanah L. Friar and Killian Pyle; and her caregivers, Sarah Fraiser and Albertha Donaldson. She is also survived by nieces and nephews; and two very dear friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Brice W. Herndon and Sons Funeral Homes and Crematory, Walterboro Chapel (1193 Bells Hwy, Walterboro, SC 29488). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
