He was predeceased by: his mother Barbara McCoy. He is survived by: his wife Claire Elaine McCoy; his father James Wetzel McCoy; his children, Austin McCoy (Myah) and Ashlyn McCoy Johnson (Ryan); his sister Jamie O'Connor; and his nieces, Kristin, Jaclyn and Jordan O'Connor.
In lieu of flowers and planting trees, the family requests donations be made to Brunson Church. Funds will be held with the Church until The Jason S. McCoy Foundation, a 501 (c)(3), is established to honor Jason's legacy and passion for helping those in need.
