He is survived by: his wife Pamela Zygadlo; his children, Danner Smoak, Cope and Brandon Hayden; his grandchildren, Addison and Owen Hayden; his child Jeb Smoak; his siblings, Joey Smoak and Sandra Lawrie; and his nieces and nephews, Sean, William Robert Smoak, Whitney Fender, Dr. Monica McCutcheon, Beth Barber and Charles Lawrie.
