Carter, III of Walterboro, SC, Kimberly Walker (Kenneth Walker) of Orlando, FL and Kristen Carter (Denneice Smith Carter) of Charleston, SC; his grandchildren, James E. Carter, IV of Orlando, Florida, Kenneth Walker, Jr. of Orlando, Florida, Brandon Walker of Orlando, Florida, Aaron Walker of Orlando, Florida, Kristen J. Carter, Jr. of Columbia, Brianna Carter of Concord and Tia Smith of Walterboro; his niece Camille Holloman of Jamaica; his nephew Craig Holloman Orlando; and his great-niece Jamella Garrett of Jamaica. He is also survived by child, his parents.
