He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Fraser and Effie Evans Fraser. He is survived by: his sister Christine Fraser Mims of Charleston; his niece Phyllis Logan Haynie; his nephew Al Logan; his aunt Sally Mae Craven; his cousin Riddick Fraser; and his friends, Bette Tedford, Jennifer and Mary.
