He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman H. Crosby, Sr. and Edna "Lib" Warren Crosby; and his siblings, Wanda Wright (Raymond) and Craig Crosby. He is survived by: his wife Sherri Strickland Crosby; his children, Keith Crosby (Laurie) of Walterboro, Cyndi Carpenter (Kevin) of Lexington and Amanda Nettles (Ryan) of Walterboro; his grandchildren, Garrett Nichols, Emilia Crosby, Bayleigh Crosby, Kaci Crosby, Kyle Carpenter, Justin Carpenter and Roxy Nettles; his great grandchild Olivia Rose Nichols; his siblings, Nancy Lee (Don) of Mashawville and Miles Crosby (Bonnie) of Mashawville; his parents-in-law, David and Sara Strickland; his siblings-in-law, Terri Strickland Johns (Marcus) and David Strickland (Sherry); and his caregiver Drena Hazel.
No flowers by request and in lieu of flowers, the family has requested that memorials be directed in his memory to the following: American Cancer Society, Saint Jude's Children's Research Hospital, American Heart Association, or The Diabetes Foundation.
