With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Henry Ulmer of Walterboro, South Carolina, born in Ruffin, South Carolina, who passed away on March 10, 2024 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawson "P. L." Ulmer and Catherine Inez Breland Ulmer; and his sisters, Betty, Carolyn and Millie.
He is survived by: his wife Frances Mosley Ulmer; and his children, Terri Blackwell, Tammy Salter (David), Billy Ulmer, Henry "Buddy" Ulmer Jr., Tracy McDonald (Tryon), Wendy Bryan (William) and Cole.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Colleton Preparatory Academy.
