She was predeceased by: her parents, Ruth Hayes, and Oscar Hayes, Sr.; her husband Nathaniel Bolt, Sr.; her children, Nathaniel Bolt, Jr. and Beatrice Bolt; her siblings, Brenda, Mary, Francis, Dorothy Hayes and Oscar Hayes, Jr.; and her great-nephews, Kenneth Hayes and Julius "Jabo" Hayes.
She is survived by: her daughter Eleanora Bolt; and her siblings, Thomas, Jesse, Clarence, Gladys and Betty Hayes. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
She worked as a nurse at Princeton Nursing Home for sixteen years and ten years at Cleria Foundation.
