It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Haskell C. Frasier Jr. of Walterboro, South Carolina, who passed away on December 16, 2020, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Elaine Welborn Frasier; his parent Haskell C. Frasier; his siblings, Roscoe Frasier and Helen Clark; and his granddaughter Cristina Pangalangan.
He is survived by: his children, Donald Welborn (Elizabeth) of Cornelia, Georgia, Rita Frasier Pangalangan of Walterboro, Haskell C. Frasier, III of Walterboro and Kathy Frasier Grym (Alan) of Walterboro; his sisters, Blenda F. Hodge (Jerome) of Walterboro and Jeanette Bailey (Gerald) of Walterboro; his grandchildren, Brittany Grym of Alan Grym, III, Sean Lemoine, Haskell Jennings, Ashley Pangalangan, Elizabeth Clyde, Cagney Meads, Devin Welborn, Dillion Welborn and Meaghan Welborn; and his great grandchildren, Ezra Webb, Autumn Jennings, Madeline Leeman and Kayden Pangalangan.
