She was predeceased by: her husband Michael Porter Forrester, Sr.; and her parents, Clarence Aubrey Howard and Emma Timmons Howard. She is survived by: her sons, Michael Forrester, Jr. (Jennifer) of Summerville and Aubrey Forrester (Elizabeth) of Walterboro; her siblings, Roy and Juanita; and her grandchildren, Emma and Isaac.
A funeral service was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Brice W. Herndon and Sons Funeral Homes and Crematory, Walterboro Chapel (1193 Bells Hwy, Walterboro, SC 29488).
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that memorial contributions be directed in her memory to: Friends of Colleton County Animal Shelter, 33 Poor Farm Road, Walterboro, South Carolina 29488.
