He is survived by: his wife Brenda Bunton Stanfill; his son Freddie Lee Stanfill, Jr. (Rebecca); his brothers, Harry Stanfill, Jr. of Walterboro, George H. Stanfill, Sr. (Robin) of Round and Roy C. Stanfill (Erma) of Walterboro; his siblings-in-law, Paulette Barnes, Darlene Bunton and Barney Bunton; and his grandchildren, Royce Lee Stanfill (Abby), Mary Caitlyn Stanfill, Morgan Elizabeth Stanfill, Charles Kevin Stanfill, Jr. and Lyndsey Ann Stanfill. He is also survived by 4 great grandchildren.
