It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances Caldwell of Walterboro, South Carolina, born in Smoaks, South Carolina, who passed away on August 23, 2021, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Jack Halman Caldwell; and her parents, Francis Marion Bennett and Carolyn Lorene Maxey Bennett. She is survived by: her children, Jackie Richard Caldwell (Lorie Ann) of Williams, William Randall Caldwell (Tammie) of Walterboro, Debbie Caldwell of Ehrhardt and Kathy Rodrigue (James) of Louisiana; and her friend Theresa Padgett of Walterboro. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren; 3 great great grandchildren.
