He was predeceased by: his wife Martha Fralix Cleland; and his parents, James Bonnie Cleland and Pernell Violet Hiott Cleland. He is survived by: his son Morgan Cleland (Donna); his grandsons, Cole Cleland (Katlyn) and David Cleland (Shelby); his sisters, Marilyn Cleland and Judy Hagie (Benny); and his sister-in-law Betty Fralix Penfield (Jimmie). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
