He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Walker and Martha Walker; and his siblings, Helen Infinger Bowers, W. C. Walker, Jane Ballagh, Randolph Walker and Kenneth Walker.
He is survived by: his wife Annie Dean Walker; his children, Paul E. Walker Jr. (Laura) of Walterboro, Randy Walker of Walterboro and Sandy Thomas of Walterboro; and his siblings, Roy Walker of Walterboro and Catherine Brooks of Columbia. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and extended family.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made in his memory to either Grace Advent Christian Church, 436 Mount Carmel Road, Walterboro, SC 29488, or to Friends of the Colleton County Animal Shelter (FOCCAS), 33 Poor Farm Road, Walterboro, SC 29488.
