He was predeceased by: his parents, Huie Robert Fulton, Sr. and Judith Ann Browder; and his brothers, Huie R. Fulton, Jr. (Megan) and Authur Lynn Fulton. He is survived by: his wife Stacy Michelle Fulton; his sons, Bradley Fulton, Evan Mizell (Kait), Ethan Mizell and Herman Taylor; his stepdaughter Chelsea Brownlee; his parents-in-law, Debbie and Larry Hill, Sr.; and his siblings-in-law, Larry Hill, Jr. and Lori Hill. He is also survived by four grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
