He was predeceased by: his parent Harry Copeland; and his siblings, Bobby Hansford and Lynn Shelton. He is survived by: his parent Elise Stanfield Beach; his children, Thomas George Copeland, Sr. of Walterboro, Melinda Kay Copeland of Walterboro and Patricia Jane Copeland of Walterboro; his grandchildren, Barbara Beach, Braxton Copeland, Brandy Copeland, Autumn Walker, Skylar Valentine, Thomas George Copeland, Jr., Destiny Marie Beard, Leila Jean Copeland and Linda Kaylee Walling; his sister Gloria Sosbee of Charlotte; and his former wife Linda Walling Copeland (John Miller) of Walterboro.
