It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Doris Craven Smoak of Walterboro, South Carolina, who passed away on June 19, 2020, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Clyde Elic Smoak; her parents, Jarvis Barnes Craven and Laura Keegan Craven; and her siblings, Alphonse, Monroe, Blease, Jarvis, Jr. and Alease Craven.
She is survived by: her son Michael E. Smoak (Janine Thomas Smoak); her grandsons, Kevin Smoak and Shawn Smoak (Leyla); her great grandchildren, Jesse and Stephen; her grandson Brett Smoak (Jackie); her great grandchildren, Olivia, Cynthia, Jackson and Jason Smoak (Vanessa); her sister-in-law Adeline Craven; and also, Sawyer, Nathaniel and Nadine.
