She is survived by: her children, Tamiko Aiken of Waldorf and Richard Aiken (Demetrice) of Mount Holly; her grandsons, Jelani Omari Fair, Jr. of Waldorf, Isaiah Aiken and Adriell Aiken of Mount Holly; her siblings, Lillie Aiken of Walterboro, Pamela Aiken of Santee, Mark Anthony Aiken of Ruffin, Mitchell Aiken of Ruffin and James Aiken of Ruffin; her cousin Herman Lingard, Jr.; her sister Yvette Crawford of Ruffin; her siblings-in-law, Tawana Aiken of Ruffin and James Salley of Walterboro; her aunts and uncles, Katherine Breland of Ruffin, Gaffernell "Mama Nell" Hayes of Ruffin, Sylvia Lingard of Ruffin, Marion Lingard (Annie Mae) of Ruffin and Edgar Akins (Annie Lee) of Yemassee; her great-aunt Thelma Greene of Brooklyn; and her goddaughters, Kellee Edwards of Walterboro, Deanna Edwards of Walterboro and Constance Lingard Lucas of Summerville.
Viewing was held on Tuesday, April 29th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Stephens Funeral Home (1767 Jefferies Hwy, Walterboro, SC 29488). A celebration of life was held on Wednesday, April 30th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Red Root United Methodist Church (601 Red Root Rd, Ruffin, SC 29475).
