It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dennis Smith (Walterboro, South Carolina), born in Savannah, Georgia, who passed away on July 13, 2020, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Desmond Smith and Mildred Boykin Smith. He is survived by: his wife Ellen Sineath Smith; his daughters, Lynn Lea (Scott) of Groveland, FL, Brenda Renfroe (Jonathan) of Dalton, GA and Linda Herrington (Jay) of Milton, GA.; his grandchildren, Laurel Anne, Asher Renfroe, Ethan and Ava Herrington; and his siblings, Larry Smith (Amelia) of Varnville, Patsy Cooke of Zebulon, NC and Judy Tuten (Tiger) of Ridgeland.
Flowers will be accepted, or memorials may be made to "Faith Builders" c/o the First Baptist Church of Walterboro.
